About the Role: Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services (FAS) division is building an AI-powered platform that guides seller decisions, automates routine work, and surfaces the right insight at the right moment. This is a 0→1 build with executive sponsorship. This is a regulated financial services environment — compliance, auditability, and explainability are built into the product. You'll own this product end-to-end — from discovery through scaled rollout — building capabilities that directly impact how sales crew serve our clients.
