About this role
This role will contribute in a UX capacity to the Onboarding product family for the Participant Experience. This team ensures that 401k participants log in to the digital experience, confirm or adjust their payroll deductions and annual increase, and enroll in their plan before landing on the Participant Dashboard. Core Responsibilities Designs complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI elements to deliver a seamless user experience across mobile and web platforms, while utilizing established brand standards.
