Postdoctoral Associate | Sickle Cell Disease Agoro Lab Bar Harbor, ME The Agoro lab at the Jackson Laboratory for Mammalian Genetics is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to identify mechanisms that trigger sickle cell disease crisis. The goal of our laboratory is to determine the mechanisms of disease severity heterogeneity using systems biology. We use a multidisciplinary approach that integrates genetics, genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to isolate systemic and tissue-specific marker of disease progression. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in molecular biology, and genomic technologies. Exceptional candidates can show early independence through the JAX Scholars Program .…
