About this role

Compensation:Base salary: 4000 MYR + 1200 MYR performance bonus per month — Night shift (Malaysia time) Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for users, answering inquiries, providing course information, and resolving issues. Proactively reach out to potential customers, offer detailed course consultations, and help them make informed educational choices. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing efficient and high-quality service, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests. Keep accurate and detailed customer records, including all interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
