About the Job The Resident - LCSW or seeking LMHC is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world-class clinical experience. This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the healthcare industry at large. The Resident delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed-upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing.
