Job Summary An Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the matching of supplier invoices, investigating discrepancies and issuing payments. Job Description Key Accountabilities Picking up incoming mail for sorting and distribution and dropping off outgoing mail Matching payments to customer accounts Preparing daily deposit Preparation and filing of daily reports Assist credit in maintaining customer accounts on sub-ledger Matching receiving reports to suppliers invoice Resolving open A/P items as well as A/R issues Entering and maintaining A/R customer master data in company database (SAP) Filing of reports, cheques, processed vouchers Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.…
