About this role
Job Summary Performs basic facility cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Perform cleaning and janitorial duties inside the warehouse facilities and office, grounds maintenance, and minor repair work. Report needs for major repairs to the Plant Manager. Keep custodial supply area/room neat and orderly, and report supply orders to appropriate personnel. Mow and trim lawn and hedges. Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks. If an outside vendor is used for these services, insure with the vendor that the services are completed timely and satisfactorily. May be participate in vendor selection and management. Assist in checking building for safety hazards and report any deficiency.…
