Job Summary: WHO ARE YOU? Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Experience, the Onsite Production & Operations Coordinator supports the assigned Project Managers with Vibee’s onsite activations. This includes coordinating with the Venue Managers with opening and closing procedures, coordinating vendors, managing schedules, and helping the team stay organized and on track. WHO ARE WE?
