WHAT YOU WILL DO: Desktop & Endpoint Engineering • Act as 2nd/3rd line escalation for desktop and endpoint incidents and requests. • Maintain and restore devices to the approved standard configuration following incidents or rebuilds. • Support OS upgrades, OEM driver and firmware updates, and endpoint compliance activities. • Perform preventative maintenance during support interactions and reduce repeat incidents.
