En TINET seguimos creciendo y buscamos un/a Freelance Recruiter de Perfiles TI para apoyar la identificación, atracción y selección de profesionales tecnológicos. Buscamos a alguien autónomo/a, organizado/a y orientado/a a resultados, con experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento IT y capacidad para conectar talento especializado con oportunidades desafiantes. ¿Cuál será tu desafío? Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y selección de principio a fin para distintos perfiles del área de tecnología. Comprender los requerimientos técnicos y competencias asociados a cada búsqueda. Realizar búsqueda activa, hunting y screening de profesionales TI. Evaluar experiencia, conocimientos técnicos, habilidades y ajuste cultural de las personas postulantes.…
