About this role

Position Summary We're looking for an experienced CRO contractor to maintain the momentum of our established experimentation program. This is a hands-on execution role - the strategy, infrastructure, and reporting frameworks are in place. You'll own day-to-day program operations, keep the test roadmap moving, and ensure conversion performance across our key web surfaces stays on track. The ideal candidate is a CRO practitioner who can onboard fast, work independently, and hand back a healthy, well-documented program at the end of the engagement.
