Position: Slitter Assistant Location: Waco, TX Schedule: Rotating 8-Hour Shifts Pay Rate: $21.74/hour Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift hours 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Summary Description The Slitter Assistant supports the Slitter Operator with the safe and efficient operation of slitting equipment used to convert large rolls of material into finished rolls according to customer and production specifications. This position assists with equipment setup, material handling, quality inspections, roll packaging, housekeeping, and production activities while maintaining established safety, quality, food safety, and operating standards.…
