Qualastat Electronics, a Trexon Company, is a leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler Arizona is seeking a Production Lead within our wire harness manufacturing plant, to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Qualastat’s wire harness, fiber optic, and RF cable assembly production floor. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and leadership abilities to ensure the production of high-quality wire harness assemblies. This role ensures assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
