Band Level 5 Job Description Summary #LI-Hybrid - Location: Hyderabad, 3 days' work from office at Novartis, Hyderabad is mandatory This is a key role in the Business Excellence team within IMO to drive business excellence initiatives within Integrated Marketing Organization (IMO) with best-in-class benchmarks, frameworks, and methodologies. In particular, this role will help in executing the key business health strategic levers (e.g. NOCC build-up, AI/Technology, Process Excellence, Location Strategy, Strategic Work-force Planning, Organization Health, etc.).
