About this role
We are seeking experienced Employee Engagement professionals to support employee experience, engagement, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization in Qatar. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Support employee experience and workplace-culture programs. Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback. Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations. Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
