About this role
Main Purpose The HR Technology Analyst will support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday across the organization. The role will work closely with HR stakeholders to maintain data integrity, support business processes, deliver reporting requirements, and assist with Workday enhancements and projects. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM, including troubleshooting issues and responding to user queries. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including Time Off, Compensation, Organizations, and Core HCM transactions. Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Support data uploads and mass updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).…
