Main purpose The HR Manager will lead the HR function for the Athens office, supporting approximately 250 employees. This role ensures that local HR practices are fully aligned with Greek employment legislation, company policies, and the Group's global HR strategy, while acting as a trusted, strategic partner to local leadership. Key responsibilities Act as the strategic HR partner to the Athens leadership team and managers, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
