About this role

Planificar, programar y controlar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de los activos industriales, asegurando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos, la optimización de recursos y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y costo. Key Responsibilities: Planificación y Programación Gestionar el plan maestro de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo. Desarrollar órdenes de trabajo (OT) detalladas con procedimientos, materiales, herramientas y tiempos estimados. Programar las intervenciones de mantenimiento coordinando con producción para minimizar impacto operativo. Gestionar paradas de planta (shutdowns/turnarounds): alcance, cronograma, recursos y presupuesto.…
