About this role
Function: Responsible for the retail growth of the Puma Service Station Network, overseeing the evaluation, development, execution, and administration of new projects aimed at expanding and optimizing the retail footprint. Leads the full project lifecycle, from market analysis and site selection to construction and launch, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and compliance requirements. Supervises 2 direct reports, providing strategic guidance, performance management, and mentorship to support network development objectives across multiple regions.
