Job Description Summary This role is responsible for driving growth across brokerage, bancassurance and financial adviser (FA) segments through developing effective relationship management, business partner engagement and sales enablement initiatives. Job Description Responsibilities Achieve the Sales Target and other business deliverables for the assigned distributors in line with company objectives. Manage, nurture and build strong relationships with distributors while identifying and pursuing new and profitable partnerships. Develop existing distributors to broaden TLB’s distribution.
