Job Description: POSTION SUMMARY The Director of Safety & Security collaborates with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Chief Flight Instructor, Director of Maintenance, and Executive Vice President to develop and execute the day-to-day management and administration of company safety programs. This position is responsible for developing the company’s Safety Management System, promoting safe actions, being the company contact for safety related issues and serving as a company liaison with members of the FAA, NTSB, and other government regulatory agencies, as necessary.
