Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Aviation Flight Scheduler for aircraft and crew will plan and coordinate aircraft schedules efficiently based on missions and crewing. The Scheduler is responsible for executing every aspect of the mission from beginning to end, anticipating the needs of TransMedics teams, the aircraft , and crew members . This position is based at our state-of-the-art 24/7/365 Command Center in Andover, MA. RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for , but not limited to, the following: Receive incoming phone calls for flight requests .
