Job Description: The Lead, Aircraft Maintenance Controller will provide oversight and support of the day to day Maintenance Control Department activities to the satisfaction of the Senior Manager, Aviation Maintenance Control and Director of Maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Work to ensure 24 hour coverage of Maintenance Control to include all duties related to that of a Maintenance Controller if and when necessary. This includes management of sick calls and time off requests. When the duties of Maintenance Control are covered, the Lead, Maintenance Controller will also be responsible for the following: Ensure logical, effective, and fiscally responsible practices are being followed by the Team.…
