Job description As an integral part of Trial Interactive Product initiatives, the Senior Solutions Architect assists the implementation, operations, sales, and product organizations throughout the entire process of understanding the customer's business and technical requirements, collaborating on the sales strategy, delivering strong solution presentations, building a configuration of the product, and ensuring the ultimate success of the customer. Strong teamwork and collaboration with Business Development, Product Management, and Professional Services is required to be effective in this role.
