Support Analyst working within the TCS Singapore team. The Role You will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
