About this role

The Dough Maker will report to the Kitchen Manager and is responsible for making pizza dough according to predetermined specs. This person will provide excellent guest experience and help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages, and now pizza, in the world and to serve them in the most friendly and memorable environment possible. This position is part-time, based in South Deerfield, MA, will require availability starting as early as 5am daily. The starting base rate for this position is $19-$21/hr. Compensation is only one component of the total rewards package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company bonus program and a robust perks package.
