About this role

Responsibilities 1. Regional Leadership & Team Management - Lead commissioning and field service engineers across multiple countries. - Recruit, train, and develop regional service personnel. - Conduct performance reviews and technical capability assessments. - Ensure compliance with OEM, safety, and regional regulatory requirements. 2. Commissioning Management - Plan and oversee all commissioning manpower activities for BESS and PCS systems. - Ensure all commissioning schedules meet safety, quality, and electrical regulation requirements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding site readiness. - Track commissioning KPIs including quality, timelines, and punch list completion. 3.
