Job Description: We're hiring our first dedicated People Operations role to own how it feels to join and work at Triomics. This is a build role, not a maintenance seat. You will own onboarding, equipment, benefits, the office, and support the recruiting machine that keeps the team growing. You are the person who makes the company run day to day. New hires get a laptop, accounts, and a real first week because you built the system The best person for this role is someone who have been an EA or office manager at a Series A or B startup, is comfortable with technology and light IT, and likes building systems from nothing.
