About this role
As a Customer Support Agent at Triumph, you'll be the front line for the hundreds of thousands of users on Rips, our collectibles trading card app, and Triumph Arcade, our real-money gaming platform. You'll own the user experience when something goes wrong, resolving issues quickly and turning frustrated moments into reasons people stick with us. This is a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user inquiries across our support channels with speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues related to games, payments, and in-app features for Rips and Triumph Arcade.
- Advocate for users internally by surfacing recurring problems so we can fix root causes.
