Plateau Enterprises is the parent company overseeing a group of operating entities — Trivelta, Kerma Games, NextGenVentures, and Surt. IT Administration operates on Plateau's behalf and is authorized to make IT decisions across all entities under the umbrella, while keeping each entity's systems and data properly isolated from one another.
We're looking for an IT Manager to own this multi-entity IT environment end to end: identity and access, device management, vendor/MSP oversight, and the day-to-day systems that let a distributed team across the US, Mexico, and Spain do their jobs securely. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a pure people-management role — you'll set policy, manage the MSP relationship, and be the escalation point when something breaks.…
