Service Center Specialist Service Center Specialist Support the customers during card attaching, deposits and withdrawals Support the customers when registering in the Client’s webpage Input of customer passport information into the system Authorization of customers in the system Provision of consultation regarding Client’s products Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately Verify any kind of information related to subscribers Follow high security level of customer data confidentiality Follow company standards in customer service Proper knowledge of Company products/ services/promotions/standards
