About the team We are seeking a high-impact individual to join our Outbound Subrogation team as an Arbitration Specialist. This role provides technical expertise and guidance to the Protection organization, ensuring arbitration file handling meets or exceeds company guidelines and state requirements. You will work closely with Claims Operations to provide analysis, training, and program reviews of our arbitration process while managing an inventory of auto, property damage, coverage, and liability arbitration claims to determine the best path to resolution.
