Founding Product Manager, Employer Solutions

This is a fully remote role within the United States. We are seeking a voraciously curious, systems-minded Founding Product Manager to build our Employer product vertical from the ground up. This is a founding product role: you will define the strategy, ship the first products, and lay the foundation for a durable new line of business serving self-insured employers and the brokers and advisors who guide them. You will be the connective tissue across Turquoise's employer subject-matter experts—holding the product line while pulling their domain knowledge into a coherent, sequenced plan.
