Sr Research Associate, Upstream in vivo Antibody Discovery Job Description This is a role on the Upstream Antibody Discovery team that provides support for cell culture, hybridoma and single B cell antibody techniques for discovery of therapeutic, diagnostic and tool reagent antibody candidates. This role will work closely with our Antibody Characterization and Protein Analytics teams at our Quincy, MA location to provide end-to-end project support in addition to upstream workflows. What You’ll Be Doing: As a member of the Upstream Antibody Discovery team, you will perform wet-lab benchwork including mammalian cell culture, hybridoma fusions, and Beacon-based single B cell screening, including reagent preparation and QC.…
