Position Summary: This position includes, but is not limited to, curing all products that are cured in tumbler, loading and unloading tumblers, understand the cycle times for non-pumped product, and using the control panel and auto starting system of the tumblers. Responsibilities: Perform all daily prechecks. Keep the tow motor in a clean, safe running condition and operate it in a safe, efficient manner. Operate a hand-held calculator and/or computer to formulate brines. Understand and operate the brine transfer system.…
