Job Details: General Job Description Set up and efficiently operate product forming, proofing, baking, and cooling equipment Ensure a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures Key Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out protocols Assemble and dismantle equipment required for production runs Maintain and submit required documentation: Downtime sheets Weight sheets Raw material usage sheets Product loss forms Specification sheets Oversee product flow from divider-sheeter through: Proofer Oven Cooling spiral Packing line Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify supervision/maintenance of needed repairs Perform wash-down and sanitation procedures as requir…
