About this role

Job Details: High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field. Must have one year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry,110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing. Must have a valid driver’s license. JOB DUTIES: MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE BUILDING MAINTENANCE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PAINTING, DRYWALLING AND REPAIR, SNOW REMOVEL AND LAWN CARE COMPLETE WORK ORDERS AND OTHER ASSIGNED TASKS AS DIRECTED BY THEIR SUPERVISOR. WORK WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION. ASSIST GENERAL MAINTENANCE AS NEEDED WORK VARIOUS HOURS WITH LITTLE OR NO NOTICE. QUALIFICATIONS: GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL.…
