Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining the daily business processes for a defined group of customers including but not limited to keeping open lines of communication between Customer Service Representatives Field Sales Brokers and both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for receiving and processing orders and coordinating with several departments to ensure timely product movement and delivery to our customers. In addition this role maintains all aspects of our relationship with the customer providing necessary actions to bring together business processes of sales management credit production quality assurance transportation warehousing and all other departments involved in serving the customer and fulfilling their order.…
