Job Details: SUMMARY : Feed Haul Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of 20+ feed haul drivers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of feed to all sites. This role plays a critical part in preventing feed outages, maintaining animal welfare standards, and coordinating with subcontracted feed haul partners. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and animal welfare programs. Supervise, coach, and support a team of 20+ feed haul drivers. Monitor daily routes, schedules, and performance to ensure timely feed delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontracted feed haul partners. Promote and enforce safe driving practices across all drivers. Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and incident reviews.…
