Job Details: SUMMARY : Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s HACCP, SSOP, Animal Welfare, and GMP programs by completing the necessary paperwork along with ensuring product adheres to Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Inspect and audit products for adherence of Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines Data collection and record keeping activities Performs all necessary SSOP monitoring and completes all paperwork.
