Hatchery Worker Labor HY01, 1st Shift - Hope, AR

Job Details: Job Description This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Team member will feed separator which includes bending and stooping to remove trays from hatcher dolly Team member will perform sanitation on empty hatcher racks. Team member will grade out eggshells and cull chicks on a moving conveyor at a rapid speed. Team member will receive clean trays from the tray washer and place back into the empty hatcher racks. Team member may be used in other areas of the Hatchery when needed Ability to stand and work in stationary position throughout 8–9-hour shift.
