Job Details: Skilled positions consist of the use of knives, hooks, and wearing proper PPE. All skilled positions include physical work that can be subject to standing at a table/elevated platform for eight hours or more, and/or working on a moving table or chain. The work environment for these positions is subject to be cold, hot, or humid conditions. You must be willing and able to work on a moving chain or table. Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold environments. Skilled positions require the ability to work with knives and hooks.
