Job Details: Position Summary – Maintenance Manager This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance of production equipment, buildings, utilities, ammonia refrigeration systems, offal operations, and wastewater systems. The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance programs and personnel to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment. Schedule: Typically 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM , with additional hours as needed based on business demands and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance operations for all plant equipment, facilities, utilities, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
