Job Details: SUMMARY : This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit. The Maintenance Manager I is responsible for supervising the maintenance staff of packaging production equipment on the off shifts. This role will be responsible for covering off shifts while being flexible with working hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plant Improvement and Expansion: Assist in planning and executing plant improvements and expansions. Manager must have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to plan long term Minimize unscheduled work through continuous improvement Training and Development: Ensure all maintenance personnel are proficient in operating equipment and possess necessary maintenance skills. Implement training programs to keep staff updated on best maintenance practices.…
