Position Summary: This position is responsible for inspecting and cutting specific quantities of product from racks and placing the product on meat conveyors or directly into formed pockets of film on the packaging machines or in tanks. Responsibilities: Sort ends and pieces, #2 product, and all rework or downgraded product. When running the 11-pound line, perform blow-up leaker and O2 checks. Move ham patties logs up to 30 pounds.
