Job Details: Job Description This position is responsible for loading and moving offal trailers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Department: This position is responsible for loading meat and feathers on a trailer going to the renderer. The Offal Driver takes the trailer to the scale house to check the weight and drains water out of the trailer. The offal driver fills out paperwork concerning offal loads, (Foreign material sheet and trailer load out sheet). This position is also responsible for cleaning the offal area.…
