About this role

Job Details: Pay: $18.60 / hr + 1.50/ hr attendance bonus 2 nd shift receives a $2 shift differential Hours: Monday – Friday, occasional weekend work 1 st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or upon completion of assigned work 2 nd Shift 3:30 pm – 12:00 am or upon completion of assigned work SUMMARY : This position is responsible for trimming rejected product before and after going through the x-ray machine to meet the necessary Final Product Standards (FPS) requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Trim rejected product for FPS compliance Follow procedures for salvage and reprocessing Capture and record all required data Other duties as assigned, inclusive but not limited to trayline traying and debone support as needed.…
