Job Details: Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for packing patties and keeping scraps cleaned off the line, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Load patties within department specifications. Recognize product that may not meet standards. Slide packed patties onto conveyor line. Keep fresh scrap patties off the line. Keep patties lines even and take doubles off the line. Set up area with all needed equipment. Perform minor maintenance on equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead Person, Supervisor or Superintendent.…
