Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising and planning the cost-effective and timely execution of maintenance activities necessary to support the operation of all equipment and processes within the Processing Maintenance and Refrigeration departments. Responsibilities include directing, coordinating, and supporting maintenance supervisors and team members; collaborating with contractors, vendors, and company engineering teams on equipment modifications or installations; and troubleshooting and resolving new or complex technical issues related to equipment and processes. This role is also responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining highly automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.…
