Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $19.35 hour. Job description: The Backup labor rotates among the various workstations listed below and performs the duties for each station as listed. Other duties may be assigned for each station. DUTIES: Prepare formed meat batches according to specifications. Transfer formed meat batches to chopper or blender for mixing. Maintain clean work area. Must be able to do Plant View computer checks and enter data accordingly. Other duties as assigned. Spice Weigher: Set up scales and lugs for weighing. Weigh-out ingredients according to specifications. Maintain supply of weighed ingredients for chopper/blender operator according to production schedule. Maintain clean work area.…
